Yes, I'm not sure what Grandpa knows, but I am sure that Kyoko used every ounce of her energy as she was dying trying to get Kyou that message--only to have him run away during it. Knowing Kyoko...she continued to yell at him LOOOOOONG after he was out of earshot...

I personally think that Komaki will be the one to give them the answer. Tohru was SO out of it, I don't think she would remember the events surrounding that time period and probably didn't hear some of the 'rumors' that flew around during that time. She didn't even remember Manabe...

My guess (and this is pure speculation) is that Komaki would have heard that Kyoko was calling for some red haired kid that ran away to find and take care of Tohru (or something) Yuki goes to school, Manabe finds out about Tohru and tells Komaki, Komaki goes to visit and finds Kyou with Tohru and just assumes that he's the kid...and says something about it.

Ah...but then...I think too much XD

oooh i love it! I've been trying to write something similar since i read ch 123, but i just couldn't get it to come out right....which is probably why i choose not to curse the world with my lousy fanfiction too much.

*points* Hahahahahaa... I totally thought of the idea of Kyou sneaking into the hospital too! (Or I thought it would be hillarious if it actually happened--not quite so elaborate in my mind.) He's such a daring, dashing emo-hero, ne? ^^

This was great anyhow! *stars for you!* I really loved the fact that it is entirely plausible for that to happen in chapter 124. (Though I figured that Kyou might start wandering around the city until morning or something XD.)
