In my experience, yes. It's a huge factor. The motivation or energy or self-confidence or whatever it is that's missing to execute sometimes simply isn't there.

It feels weird to say this, but I'm kind of glad to know that people who are prolific also have this trouble from time to time. I feel less alone and overwhelmed!
