Ugh, I missed this episode. Now after reading your review I'll have to watch it online. You made it sound promising. I'm excited to see Clark missing Chloe. They were my original ship but, it was a lost cause. Anyway thanks for your review, it will be the reason I watch this episode.

I totally thought the same thing when Oliver was waiting on Clark's call. What the hell? All of a sudden Oliver cares about what Clark thinks? I really thought he was waiting on Chloe's. It was totally random.

Another thing that ticked me off was Oliver's interview. The bitch woman asked Oliver in the beginning why he was the GA, people want to know, he responds by saying he lost someone who meant everything to him (or something like that). The answer had nothing to do with the question. Losing Chloe was not why he was the GA. I just don't get the writing here.

And honestly, Clark was annoying. I don't think his head will ever be out of his ass.

You know, I've been thinking about this and that really was bad writing, but I think Oliver was just kinda avoiding the question... BUT it would almost work if it wasn't so obviously focussed on Chloe, because part of the reason he became GA was losing his parents and wanting to do something they could be proud of, wasn't it?

I'm still on a high. SO lucky I was alone in the house for this episode. I made a complete idiot out of myself ... even my parents were amused when they got home, and I couldn't stop blubbering.

Like they're playing a "No, you say it first!" game with each other. lol JUST TELL HER!
I've heard that's what happens in the next episode. I'm a little relieved it wasn't in this one though. There was too much going on already.

Brainiac is seriously one of my favorite villains and I was thrilled to see him back.

I miss old Clark. Young, fumbling, geeky Clark with a smile that always came with a blush. :(
I liked the Clana scene too, even as Cloiser. It was really cute. Plus, KK looks pretty in that blue sweater. I like young, fumbling Clark but I do enjoy how he is today, stronger ... more confidant. If Clark stayed the way he was before, he would've been setting himself up to get walked over, at least IMO.

What is it these women are seeing that I'm not? He doesn't look that different, does he? I mean, he's bulkier, but still the ( ... )

Gah I haven't seen the episode yet but I love spoilers so I read your review. LOL. Also saw the Chloe-related stuff on YouTube. Anyway...

Chloe meant everything to him

This bothered me so much because of the past tense :( Plus yep, the reason he gave for being GA was so weird. They made him out to be a someone doing it because he wanted to forget the pain instead of wanting to make an honest difference.

The past tense kind of did bother me too. I mean, what's up with that? :| But glad to still have heard him refer to her as 'everything.' Sweet! <3

This episode is by far one of the best episode of SV. I love the flashbacks in this episode...it's quite nostalgic.
