Being a fairly intelligent American, I have no problem with British spellings. Don't even notice them really--the story captured me and makes silly things like spelling unimportant. I hope you update soon...this is wonderful!

Oh, the plot thickens...can't wait to see what happens next. Gotta wonder why Tony is even defending his father here (even if it appears to be a form of self-protection), so there's a lot of backstory I'm looking forward to reading. No worries about the spelling, just press on and give us another wonderful chapter!

I'm from the UK so have no probem with the spellings and I've read so many fics over the years that I don't even notice whether UK or US spellings are used. However, I know people do have an issue with it and what I do when I write is change the spellcheck for that document only from UK English to US English, that way it picks up the spellings for that document but it doesn't screw up your emails or any other documents.
As for the story I'm enjoying it so far, I am hoping that it ends up Gibbs/DiNozzo as that's my favourite pairing!
