Hulu and Joost are offering free, legal anime streaming; subbed as well as dubbed series, including popular titles like Death Note and Naruto. Udon is publishing a free manga online (just one title) via crunchroll.

I haven't had a chance to really check out either of those so I don't know how well it's done.

Beauty! I watched the first two episodes of Death Note on Hulu. Looks like the first season is complete. This is very nice and the video quality is very good. Thank you.
