Room 514, Saturday morning

It was a good feeling to be standing on the steps of the Capitol building. Mr. Kent and Miss Lane were right there in the front of the crowd of reporters, with some other photographer, and right beside him was his very best friend in the whole wide world, Superman, and the President of the United States, who was giving a speech. "...And so, because of all the stuff you've done for the world, saving it so many times, I now award this, the highest honor I can give, the Gold Medal, to JIMMY OLSEN AND HIS PAL, SUPERMAN!!! Waving to his adoring public, Jimmy stepped forward to receive the medal.

And fell out of bed.

"Oh, gosh, I'm late!!!" He hurriedly got dressed and ran out the door. And then ran back and grabbed his camera and ran out the door. And then ran back and fed his chinchilla (since when had he had a chinchilla?) and ran out the door. And then walked back to his room and sat down on the bed. "It's Saturday, isn't it?" he sighed.

[Establishy, and yet open! Sokka is now Jimmy Olsen.]
[[And, because this amuses me: Jimmy icons are from The Batman. That ear taking up half the icon? Belongs to Robin's alter-ego. Dick has a big head.]]

say (au) cheese!
