  45-50 hours will be the norm for this job. First week was 47.5
• 
  This job will challenge me intellectually.
• 
  I will rotate between the functional roles of a business analyst, project manager, organizer, secretary & tech guru.
• 
  My new co-cospirator will be both the rescue and bane of my existence. (We cover two different areas

It's just hard to balance leaving a job that sucks with no other options. I just didn't have a lot of faith that something else would come along on a timeline that worked for me - and I'm stubborn I kept thinking I could make it work.
