Anyway, using Google with "Cultural Center" + Chicago + pool + clothing was a wash, but when I replaced pool with discarded, this link from the Sun-Times came through.

Now the description comes back to me. I guess I thought they were Brazilian because there was a Brazilian art exhibit next to it.
But its good to remember their name in case they do any other installations in the area...or if I ever go to Miami.
