Constant Criticism

I am beyond broken and don't know what to do. I can't do anything about anything that's going wrong. I can't handle the simplest things. I just want my bed. I need help. I'm not happy, I'm not even capable of happiness. I feel like I'm dying on the inside. I am constANTLY IN TEARS of saddness, not anger. I don't know what to do.

why am I even alive? thank you again for reminding me ill never be good enough, or even just enough. you loved her, you don't love me. it all makes sense now. you don't want to lose me as a friend because you're selfish. ill never be what you want.
