Unrelated: my MP3 player seems to have mysteriously croaked. So irritating. I only had it for a year and a half, and never did get my music organized to my liking. I probably expect too much out of things. Right when I was starting to think about splurging on an e-reader, too. Grr ( Read more... )

Jubjub2 on the Org somehow manages to continue to find the time to make great AMVs despite having three (I believe) kids. In fact, one of them (known to me only as Jubblets) got into the Otakon AMV contest finals ahead of her this year.

Awwww! I love second-generation geekery.

And if they're old enough for that, I'm guessing they sleep and such and don't have to be supervised 24/7. It's that phase where no one sleeps or showers for a few [fill in time frame here] - that's what terrifies me. If you survive that, then the free-time issue seems to even out after that.
