Not studying

I have an exam tomorrow and am too pooped to study. I am trimming my hat using a curved needle and a needle-driver my surgeon gave me. it's good practice for surgery, and it makes sewing through buckram and a bunch of other layers very manageable. I think I'm too sleepy to sew another stitch, so i'll head up to bed after I post this.

yay! I'm glad you get such a kick out of my journal - especially because I love reading yours!

(and I highly recommend sewing with surgical tools - fewer blisters and bleeding on fabric that way!)

Funny...I have the same equipment at my house! Aren't those disposable needle drivers great! They are especially helpful when I have to thread my serger :~)
