kitrich.net back up finally

web services on kitrich.net are finally back up. everything else came back up this morning, but apache wouldn't come up due to library issues. it's all been rebuilt now, and appears to be up. let me know if anything else is acting wonky.

was that the same issue that broke CIM yesterday? the error it gave was something about libraries also

your web sites would have been down a number of hours, but no other services (e.g. email) were affected.
