This is the first Potter/SPN crossover I've read and it works well. I'm not sure that the books' Hermione would ever be Dean's type but if I visualize her as an older Emma Watson I think he would go for her.
Yes, that's exactly what I always thought. Dean/Hermione never really crossed my mind. But it was requested, so I wrote it. And now that I thought about it, I think it could actually work, like you said, with an older Emma in mind and with Dean seeing Hermione in action. She is pretty amazing after all. :-)
