Ok so I am now 60kgs. I am getting there, slowly but surely. Have lost 8kgs so far. After 8kgs of weight loss I can now start to see some changes. Won't really notice until I lose 5kg more. Then ultimately 7kg more after that. My BMI is currently 20. How fat and healthy is that ( Read more... )

Yes, exactly. Just incase I get on and they are very different again to mine at home. That will kill me so it's a lot better this way. xxx

I am really picky about my scales too. I hate how they can all be different. I have to mentally calibrate from mine (for example, the one in the rec center is always 3lbs higher than mine at home, and the one I used to have to weigh in with in my dietician's office is 1lb less than mine... makes me crazy). I know it shouldn't matter so much, but it does. Whatev.

I hope you can have fun on your trip too and that weight worries don't take up your brain the whole time!

It's so true, use your own always. It matters a lot, very frustrating. Oh gosh, doing all that must be so annoying.
Thanks, I will have a great time. As long I stay within the calorie range I will be fine! : )
