I made the best tonkatsu last night. It was seriously amazing. Elizabeth thought my sauce was too tangy, but I liked it. I'm not a really big fan of pork, but I did a pretty good job last night, I think. I only had one egg to work with, too. The world always feels weird when you find you've run out of eggs. But it all worked out. Somehow

Yeah. It was the most bizarre thing. I kept getting an error message and spent the entire day trying to fix it and just gave up. Some creepy guys kept added me for ages, so it was just time to get a new email.
