I still really liked the episode, though. Haha.

I made the best tonkatsu last night. It was seriously amazing. Elizabeth thought my sauce was too tangy, but I liked it. I'm not a really big fan of pork, but I did a pretty good job last night, I think. I only had one egg to work with, too. The world always feels weird when you find you've run out of eggs.
