I think it's funny that on the way to New Orleans my bag was delayed, but on the way home, it caught an earlier flight and will get to Austin before me.

Yesterday was overloaded with production information about the movies, "Terminator Salvation," "Star Trek," and "Transformers". The schedule is proving to be pretty tight, and with out my computer to blog on the spot, I'm just not being able to catch up to what's happening. Siggraph 2009 - NOLA, Day 1 Morning
Well, this morning has been rough. I didn't get my suitcase until 7am. Then I had to rush to get ready and eat breakfast before going to the convention center. I should have known when the forecast said "rainy" I would have been better off staying in bed. As it was, I bundled up and hiked 5 blocks to the conference center in the rain, stopping briefly to buy a hat.

"Staging Workshop" with Mark Travis (Visual Storytelling Masterclass)
Whew!! I am wiped out. This 7 hours lecture was fun, had some interactivity in it, but in the end, went too long. I got what I needed out of the first 3 hours, but stayed til the bitter end hoping for more that never came. I do think that some developers in the ( Read more... )
