No question in my mind at all. Especially because Ronon might get just a little thrown when he throws an elbow into Methos's nose, and after all the blood spurts, the nose straightens itself out and heals. 'Coz, you know, *Wraith* do that.
But yeah. Methos. No question. I don't care how big Ronon is. Methos is 5,000 years old and he's been fighting all his life.
They don't do it with as much style as Methos. Not to mention he's a lot prettier. I think Methos might be a tad envious of of Ronon's hiding knives in hair ability though.

As for the hair ... Methos has already gone through his long-haired phase. I think he's over it by now. ;)
