I've always wanted to see it, especially when Papa would tell me stories about how the sky used to look, but... it's nothing I can change. That's just how things are in my world.

I'm just lucky I got to see it here.

They're still trying to figure that out, or maybe they won't tell us why... It was only two years ago that they stopped hiding the Gates from people.

Maybe it was aliens.

I'm not sure.

Maybe they just wanted them to match. Or with all the weird things that happened afterward... maybe using God was the only way to explain it.
