you can get it from amazon.jp, but the shipping is likely to cost quite a bit; another option i know of recently (thanks to duo_rei-chan) is clubjapan.jp... but they dun hv this CD in their database, so you might have to ask if they can get it for you (which i just did... waiting for answer) <--they mail all CDs internationally for free @_@
