Lanier's article
"I am a Stay-at-Home Wife" and thrilled to it. For her insights and musings on being a helpmeet to her husband clearly articulated what was one of my sweetest and dearest dreams, though yet unfulfilled. And that dream stayed unfulfilled for what seemed like

I've always said that I would be happy to drop dance, theatre, etc. to be a stay-at-home wife and one day mother. It has always been my biggest dream, and it still is. I'm very excited to see you being able to see yours come to fruition!

I wanted to respond to this for awhile, but words escape me. I have to admit that I envy you. This is also my dream. I have spent the last past weeks in prayer to the Lord over my feelings. He has reminded me that I too have received one of my dreams. I received a second chance in marriage. I know what you mean about timing. The Lord decides when. He knew that I needed a husband that repected and cared about me, but he waited until the time was right. I have been in a very peaceful mood the last few days because I realize all that I am thankful for. Enough rambling.

Not sure if you remember me- I "met" you on here some years back, but lost contact at some point (not sure if I was songofsummer or chantel_ak or what back then?) and I've just now discovered your journal while I was wading through some things for YLCF. I was Chantel Harding, now Chantel Brankshire, and I'd love to be friends on here once more. :)

Thanks so much for your note...I definitely remember you, it was great to hear from you! When I heard that you were getting married also I was SO very excited for you...and we're kind of wedding buddies (whatever that is! :)) since we got married the weekend after you (March 22). I too would love to be friends on here again...
Have a beautiful day!

Do you mind if I add you?
I found you through YLCF and recognized your name...I am friends with the C's (Holly) who are friends with the Telians. THey came to your wedding and I was privileged to be able to see some of the photos of your lovely wedding (Congratulations, btw!).
And I'm also a friend of Chantels too. =)
