Hate to argrew with you bro, but American based companies work in a different way in US and India. Call it double standard but if a company manager whould have tried the same thing with an employee here the manager would have got fired in a hearbeat.

Its amazing, companies in US have to follow laws regarding family yet they can so easily get away with the stuff in India.

The problem I think is in the managment in India and not in the companies.
