Don't forget about other things that can cause a woman to not ovulate or not implant, like exercise or breastfeeding. If the pill should be illegal, those things should, too!

They'll have to keep us secured and feed us a special diet, while carefully regulating our day-to-day exercise and interactions with others. Nothing to extreme or strenuous. A little light shopping and cooking is probably o.k.

I wonder if they've been thinking of The Handmaid's Tale as some sort of "how-to" manual...

Of course, if you still want autonomy, you can just allow the police to give you random hymen inspections to prove you aren't pregnant. Hope you don't get raped!
