and the psycho watching you witha camera?! holy cow i would be so scared!! when we were in DC me and tara had someone take a picture of us, and while we were posing, some chinese guys took pictures of us and were like "hi hi hi" lol! but it probably wasnt half as creepy as you experience was.... were you alone when it happened?
