Although done properly, lots of fun things can turn into cardio workouts! ;-) Motivation is so important, don't you agree?
I skipped this morning cuz I strained a hip flexor doing cardio belly dance w/Neena & Veena. (I guess early a.m. shimmies are more hazardous than I thought! LOL) Still, I did workout Monday and Tuesday so I'm well on the way to my 5 days a week goal!

but I've jogged once so far in feb (I've been sick), and weight lifted twice. yay me.
