At home, so far not achieving very much today. And it's going dark outside already.

Yesterday morning had to be up and out to visit physio at hospital. I couldn't believe my eyes when I first saw him, as he looked like he'd escaped from a 118 advert

My parent had that done when my father's knees went and I am truly grateful for it now mine have followed his. Considering they had to put it on the curved wall of the spiral stair case built into the wall the council did a fairly good job, it's not one rail it's about 10 short rails. My Mother had painted it red, her favourite colour, but I painted them the same colour as the wall, a very pale yellow, so they don't stand out so much.
The best of luck with the gymnastics, the day of my visits to the physio I was OK walking to the bus stop and up the hill but the next day I could hardly put one foot in front of the other
