rent san diego properties is a total scam! They lure you in with fake craigslist postings--I KNEW it was too good to be true--tell you they are available, and then when you pay the $118 'all-inclusive' fee (no app fees, no credit check fees for all the places that they list--which is sparse to say the least) to see the place, they tell you it was ( Read more... )

It might be a good idea to call the San Diego Sheriff's Department, or at least the Better Business Bureau.

When I was looking for places, I called them on one of their ads. They refused to give out the address of the "location". Once they refused, I knew it was a scam. Sorry you lost money, but most of those places aren't legit.

I'm so glad you posted this. I've been looking for apartments and keep coming across San Diego Properties all over the damn place! Their postings really so seem too good to be true... a "nice big" 2 br house in north park with everything you could want for only $1250????

I also notice that they don't ever put the address of the place in the ad. Then when you call them and ask about a particular place, they tell you they have "lots" of 2 br houses in that area.... just to get you to pay the fee.

Thanks so much for the warning. It's good to be an informed consumer around here.
