watch out watch out watch out...if you are renting
rent san diego properties is a total scam! They lure you in with fake craigslist postings--I KNEW it was too good to be true--tell you they are available, and then when you pay the $118 'all-inclusive' fee (no app fees, no credit check fees for all the places that they list--which is sparse to say the least) to see the place, they tell you it was rented and they'll keep a $50 'service fee.' Most of the places they list are already advertised on craigslist anyway. please, stay away!
