Today was supposed to be a shitty day!
I just got off work. Twelve hour day, spent most of it trying to fix stubborn machines which I swear hate us ( Read more... ) -
I am a badass with a pistol.
So yesterday, I was at the firing range to renew my pistol qualification (You can't use a weapon unless you've gotten a passing score on the range with it in the past 6 months)... this is the third time I've shot with a pistol. I found out today I was the second best in Weapons division, next to the division officer, who is SEAL-trained. (I got 205 ( Read more... ) -
So it tuns out I didn't start up again after all...
...but today was an interesting day. Starting off, some guy jumped off the bay bridge, right next to our ship. Apparently, he just slammed on his brakes, jumped out of his car and threw himself over. Almost hit the ship next to us. I only got a glimpse while he was in the water, but I heard it was gruesome ( Read more... ) -

Yup, I rear-ended someone on the freeway. Luckily, it was rush hour traffic, so I was only going around 35 mph... the other car's passengers escaped unscathed, and their car and I only sustained cosmetic damage (Airbag burns... >.< ouch ( Read more... )
