Do you find ginseng helps at warding off coughs and colds? I have some kind of low-level probably-transatlantic-flight-induced sniffle that I would love to have shut of by Friday when I have my gig. I've been Lemsipping and sluicing my head out with saline, but any extra defences probably wouldn't go amiss...
