The tracklisting (and characters singing on each track) of the christmas album has been released, and one track is a duet between Kurt and another guy, and people are speculating that this has revealed the identity of Kurt's boyfriend.

Personally, I don't think it proves anything, it's just that Blaine is probably the person who Kurt is closest to at that point so it would make sense for them to do a duet, and I doubt either mind it being a romantic one. I still think that we aren't going to see Kurt get with anyone properly until the end of the season, so I'm not taking anything too seriously so far. But I could be wrong.

inorite, I'm wondering how long it's going to take to get over 'HOLY FUCK, KURT IS DATING HARRY POTTER, THIS IS THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN' factor. Maybe it won't be too bad since Darren cut his hair, though. :P

Well, honestly I feel like Kurt needs male friends more than he does a boyfriend, so either way it's win/win. And even if Kurt and Blaine weren't friends or anything, it's probably a good thing to show two gay teens who are probably completely different people, because let's face it, Kurt is a bit stereotypical.

They sing together (and I'm glad they let two guys sing a romantic song), but it doesn't mean a thing to my mind. Dec 7th is too soon for Sam to come out of the closet.

All it means is that the Quinn/Sam shippers are going to be pointing saying "see, it's not Sam"

I hope this happens. I'll be okay with Kurt/Blaine happening as long as Sam and Kurt continue to have a storyline together.

I'm with you. The more lovin'Kurt gets the better, but I'd love to still see Sam/Kurt together by the end of the season. I want Kurt to have that "first boyfriend" & "first love" and for him to learn about who he is, etc... but then I want him to be able to turn around and do that for Sam(while still totally being a bottom, just a dominant, in control one, lol). This is my DREAM CANON (with a side of awesome!Puck somewhere/somehow!) Just sayin'.

Yeahhh Darren and Chris doing a duet doesn't really mean anything. I'm glad Chris gets to be featured heavily though.

x) yeah, sorry, first word that came to my mind. I mean that every time something about Blaine comes up it's like they're trying to stab and kill (or sink?) the Sam/Kurt ship.

I don't think it's necessarily sinking it. There was way too much hinting at Sam being gay for that to not mean something, and people are just assuming that Blaine is the boyfriend because nobody's denied it, and he's ACTUALLY GAY. Which helps, I hear. :P
