Actually, I think this test is much more important. The last test was the smallest ever nuclear test and was seen as a failure of sorts; this one was not. Nevertheless, I doubt South Koreans will see it that way and just use it as in excuse to buy condoms and pretend nothing happened

Sorry for the ambiguity - I had meant that the missile test off the coast of Japan was treated (by the folks around me) as rather unimportant. Most likely there were even some nationalists who were happy to see it get sent Japan's way. Thanks for sharing the link about condom sales after the first test -- that was an interesting read.
