Household projects have a way of expanding, like the way coconut does in your when you chew it.

And I personally never get over anything. So all I can offer you on that is some sympathy. And a marger. But that's not your favorite drink, is it? I forgot what you like. But here, have one. Also some brownies. And nachos.

from a resale perspective you will get much more for your efforts by going for a full bath--and it's not that much bigger. Our contractor recommended we go for full when we were going to go for a half, and we've been really glad we did for the convenience factor for houseguests (but then, you never have those, do you ;) ?).

Oh I know I know I know. It's what I struggled with last night. I found a shower (not a shower/tub) that floats above the floor with a pump underneath - we could add that later and not have to rip up the entire floor. I think we'll frame the walls so that a shower can be placed. I really didn't even want a shower/tub but I wanted a shower. Not that I really have any clue what I'm talking about here.

Next time you are over I'll show you what I'm talking about.

And I was talking a collective nickname, to designate a couple as a single object.

Actually she is right, about the resale value. If you can find a way to get a shower in there it will make a big difference later.
