jello biafra is from here in the bay area but he sure gets around a lot now. i've heard him speak, he's very funny and informative.

he did a rant on suv's that cracked me up. he calls silicon valley "silly clown valley". he's quite well informed about current events. his anger is a little frightening. but he uses it well for comedy
