This was it. The big reveal. Mokuba wondered just... what could be so big that Seto was having trouble telling him. That didn't happen very often. And if he didn't need to know something, Seto usually said something along the lines of there was a reason he wasn't telling him and he didn't need to know. But this... It seemed like something Seto was afraid to tell him.

It wasn't hard to pick out Seto's tall figure and Mokuba smiled, giving his brother a wave as he approached. "Hey, Niisama."

At Mokuba's call, Seto was standing up from his table and nodding, his face as impassive as always. On the table in front of him was a chocolate parfait. There was no reason not to at least make this worthwhile for his brother.

"Mokuba," the brunet said, before sitting back down. "I would hope you are...settling back in well."

Mokuba's face lit up at the treat waiting. "Awesome! Thanks, Niisama. I was only joking when I said that," he confessed, although he certainly wouldn't say no to his favorite thing to eat.

He plopped down across from Seto, at ease for the moment. He nodded. "Yeah. I've been around long enough to know more or less what to basically expect and do. How have you been?"

Kaiba smirked. "Perhaps, but it's here now," he said. "No one else is going to eat it. I don't spend my money for nothing."

He sat back and listened to the boy, never once giving away the anxiety that was already twisting inside of him. What was he going to do if Mokuba disliked it? He certainly couldn't blame his brother if he did. They had always been together, the only one the other could trust. Kaiba still felt like he was betraying him somehow. Then again, he didn't want to go through all that hurt all over again. What he had brooded over on the mountain was more than enough.

"I've been fine," he commented absently, his mind still a million miles away. "I had to go and see the mansion for myself, since it was open. There is nothing of value inside."
