It was rather suddenly that Neji noticed that familiar (not to mention very strong) energy returning to the island. He blinked lightly and glanced over his shoulder at the direction he had just walked from, eyes narrowing into a half glare.

Part of him was saying to keep walking, go find Serenity, but he couldn't help his curiosity. So, he turned and flash stepped back in the other direction, rushing towards the energy as fast as possible.

Walking to the edge of the water Kenpachi washed up a little, getting the dirt and blood off. The salt stung a litttle from the wounds that he had but there was nothing serious. His reiatsu flaring a little as he left the water drying off as he flexed his arms a time or two and finally spotting the same device that he had found last time.

He continued running towards the beach, glancing back every now and then to make sure he wasn't being followed. One of the only bad things about being evil? The people that try to break you from the trance.

As he came closer, he felt the flaring up of energy and slid to a stop, right next to the edge of the water, only a few feet away from the shinigami.

Kenpachi sensed Neji's approach but wasn't conserned, he could barely recall anything from his previous visit but he did remember the ninja. Funny enough, Kenpachi thought that he was one of the first he had spoken with last time. Looking up the captain stared at the other man who in some way seemed a little different, if for no reason than he acutually had the guts to not hide this time and had apparently come running instead. "Heh, that didn't take very long."

What to do what to do, Kenpachi was still worked up from getting ready to fight Byakuya before they were interupted by that damn arrancar again.
