The scent of salt water was the first thing that Kenpachi noticed as his surroundings suddenly shifted, the sand beneath his feet becoming softer and more golden rather than colorless as it had been just moments prior. His haori and the top half of his uniform are gone from the war that had been going on in that moment he blinked, leaving the shinigami standing there half naked as the muscles glistened from sweat as well as blood. Bring up his zanpakuto Kenpachi stared at its hilt for a moment, and then the surrounding area. “Eh, Wha the hell?”
The captain looked around the beach, no longer sensing the reiatsu of Byakuya or the zero espada. Annoyed he swung his sword down once causing a huge wave to split the water a kilometer out before it rushed back disturbing the tranquility of the waves. Suddenly he remembered something like this before, “Tch, this fuckin place again.”
