It probably wasn't appropriate to keep the door of the room Vexen kept in the Community Center as his lab closed, but how else was he going to keep the meddlers out of things they didn't understand? Thankfully, everything had been rebuilt from the fire, and the equipment he had wished for was still there and intact. It was a real lab now, and the Nobody was pleased.

At least until the knock disrupted him. The Scientist huffed in irritation, opening the door and was ready to throw the intruder out until he noticed who it was. "Ah, XIII," he said calmly. "You did as I asked, then?"

Roxas looked up at the older nobody when he opened the door. He hadn't seen him since he arrived here, but he felt as though he had... somewhere. Vague images, conversations over the NETWORK device.

"Yeah..." he held up the bag, trying not to inhale. "It's right here."

Stinky bag was stinky.

The green eyed Nobody scowled and waved him in. "There are ways you could have dealt with that," he sniffed, motioning Roxas to put the bag on a clean lab table. "I suppose I'll have to freeze them myself. Where did you collect this, XII?"

Latex gloves snapped against his wrist as Vexen pulled them on. He wasted no time in setting to work, taking each..piece in hand to freeze it before piling the frozen pieces on another table.

The blond put the bag on the table and patted his hands on his coat, as if trying to clean them off. "Um... I got them in the forest from the monsters... They're a lot harder to fight than heartless..."

He watched Vexen put on the gloves and freeze each piece. He had heard that Vexen did a lot of experiments and weird work, but Roxas had never seen it first hand. Blue eyes followed each piece as it was frozen and placed in the pile.

"What are you gonna do with them?"
