Kirihara was right there, ready for the return. Slamming the ball, he smashed a great crossshot to the back of the court, wanting to draw out a good rally.

"Hold back? What's that? I don't even know the meaning of it!" Kirihara retorted,

"That's the spirit!" The redhead grinned when he landed back on the ground. Just in time for Kirihara's smash, too.

Sengoku managed to reach the ball in time. He returned it with a strong backhand straight across the court.

Running to catch the ball near the net, Kirihara went for a poach, and then, changed tactics- and direction- hitting the ball towards Sengoku's weak side.

Thank god for his boxing training-- Sengoku was able to sprint to the other side. He wasn't expecting that feint; Kirihara really was a good opponent, abusing his weak spot like that. But this was only the beginning. Barely missing the ball, Sengoku returned the ball back into Kirihara's side, aiming for the base line.
