I need to start using my crock pot more again. Lately we've just been too whipped to make anything decently healthy for dinner, so have been resorting to quick junk. If I could just *remember* to thaw meat and chop veggies and throw things into the pot at night, it would be so much better. But lately my brains be made of tapioca.

Mmmm . . tapioca. (slap) No - not get distracted again!
