Went for a run walk with Wally this morning. The entire walk was 1.6 miles. I ran .45miles of it and then walked...1.15 of it. I found that I could run the short blocks in between the streets much easier than i thought i could. So i'd run one, walk one, run one, walk one....Having Wally along helps because he keeps me going tugging me along. I also

I cycled 11.4miles this morning :)
