They do play nicely together!

I love the backdrop of the castle, and the hints of Mycroft and Greg, but mostly I love them and the lush world you've made for them. Thank you for a fabulous read.

Thank you so much!

That story just insisted on being continued! I was thinking about how John just fell into the spirit of the role-playing when they went to Baskerville and Sherlock hadn't given John much of any warning about that and Sherlock seemed very pleased with the role John assumed on his own. So why not some role-playing for fun as well as for The Work?

This was just delightful, all of it. There's something really erotic and, more than that, sensual, in how clearly in love they are with each other though there's very little detail about any actual sex act. It called to mind John's being courted by Sherlock, which was really just.... yeah, words are failing me on that precise point.

The imagined backstory, how thorough the roleplay was, and all the surrounding details (that Lestrade recognized the suit of armor, perhaps, or the site of Sherlock slowly swallowing all that food bite by bite). It was really very marvellous. I can't imagine how lovely it would be to have Sherlock's undivided attention, and in spite of all the trouble he causes, I can't but help thinking it would be worth it.

It was more than thrilling to find your long and lovely comments today! A picture of the castle started the whole thing. It just seemed the right place for them. There is something chivalrous about John and something wizardly about Sherlock and I wanted to remove the impediments that have come between them.

I can't imagine how lovely it would be to have Sherlock's undivided attention, and in spite of all the trouble he causes, I can't but help thinking it would be worth it.

Absolutely this! Yes!

Thank you again!
