This is absolutely wonderful. (Funny, Sanzo's idea of a really nice day is just like my own...) :) The dialogue at the beginning is great, too.

Personality-wise, Sanzo reminds me of my own best beloved. Sometimes the kindest thing is just to leave him the f*** alone! I'm glad you enjoyed this!

Mmmm, very nice. A comfy Sanzo is a happy Sanzo... no, wait, a left-alone-in-peace Sanzo is a happy-ish Sanzo ^___^ I also loved the brief observation that he got Gojyo a good lick on the wrist, but the kappa didn't drop the bun. He was getting tougher. LOVE IT!!!

Hee! I can't really ship Gojyo/Sanzo, but there's definitely some funny little stuff happening between them! Poor Sanzo - this trip is really trial by fire for him, cooped up with three other people all day, every day. Thanks for reading!

I hope the news is generally better in his papers ... nice character sketch, especially the interaction between Sanzo and Gojyo as opposed to Sanzo and Goku.

I have a feeling that he'd read other things if they were available, and he had the time. Newspapers are just easier to get on the road. I'm glad this worked for you!

Yes - poor Sanzo! He's got to find the constant closeness very draining ... although the most recent story arc shows he actually can miss the other three. Thanks so much!

Very, very nicely done. Like clytemnaestra said, it's very atmospheric in that you totally get the sense that you're sitting there with Sanzo. And what a wonderful portrayal! It totally works. :)

Aww, thanks! It's funny, I don't really identify with him very often, but sometimes I can slip inside his head for a few minutes.
