I wonder what it means that the Kou, Kou and Shi immortals are the three that “descended from heaven.”
Yay, I've always wondered why Shuurei played the erhu (instrument of the Hyou clan) rather than the biwa (instrument of the Kou clan), and now the question is answered!
I feel a lot more sympathy for Shouka after reading this. He was seriously depressed when he was younger, to not care whether he lived or died. To not want to live even though he had people whom he loved and who loved him. It's a good thing he met Bara-hime.
Interesting that Riou knew about the prophecy. Also interesting that Riou is said to have killed his father, when in book 15, it said that Ruka imprisoned their father (also that she was the one born under the star of patricide). I wonder what really happened.
