I currently have four stories open on my laptop (two DCMK, two Charmed), vying for my attention, each plot point and current scene swirling about my head, driving me insane.

...and I'm playing/reading Dragon age II (I read fanfiction during the loading and cut screens).

I can no longer call myself a writer.

I have written a total of 448,662 words in just my published fanfic alone (so not counting my partially finished originals or fanfiction I've long since deleted from time.2 ( Read more... )

Please check when the hell a story was written and compare it to when you're reading it with later source material. Most of my HP fanfiction was written in the gap between Goblet of Fire and Order of Phoenix (2001 for the story in question), which means it only contains the first four years of canon.
