God, this deadline is weighing on me. I can't be nudged to write a single word. Instead I'm stuck editing, biting my nails and hoping I have this bitch of a fic out in four days. You can only do the best that you can do. Just keep working at it, but don't give yourself so much pressure. There's no shame in trying and not succeeding. The writing *something*, even if you don't have time to finish, is worth the effort.

Oh, sweetie, do not be so hard on yourself. Even if you do not finish it on time, you would have tried your best. That is the best you can do. And break a leg.

Aw, I'm sorry writing is being a pain. It's possible you're right and bangs just aren't your style, but you've had a ton of stuff going on in your life the last few months, and that's bound to cramp the writing. Maybe this is not your year.

Yeah, I was thinking that bb's just may not be for me - it seems I just don't operate well under a deadline. My works are just "ready" when they're ready. And life certainly hasn't been helping. I work from 2-10pm and that doesn't lead me with much time on my hands.

But it's the little bang, and I've broken 10k - I just need this ONE LAST SCENE. If only I can get the damn thing written!
