headlights on gravestones(i cant believe i got so excited for this)

so i visited my dad a while ago, and there was a hole with cement in it! thats good btw. and i thought, 'there is no way in hell that the gov't can be so fast",so i went back today, no that wasnt my dad,and a stone for someone waiting to die was put there! grrr
