Currently I am studying for the JLPT. I doubt flumpool will be on the test, but if they are, then I think I have a chance of passing! yay!
Anyway. I thought I would take a stab at translating to force myself to learn some kanji and grammar. I promise that there are some mistakes, but hopefully nothing major. If you spot a mistake, feel free to

One of my pet peeves is verb endings separated from the verb stem. I would romanize as "kobandemo or kobande mo", but whatever.
And I don't think he cried embarassingly, but embarrassed.
And maybe she said "hello" to the "aliens", which is why he is embarrassed? That's how I understand it.
"Kizukeba kokyuu wo shiteta" might be "When I realized it, I was breathing"?
"答えはないけど 探せてはないけれど" could be "There's no answer, I can't be searching for you, but" and the the next line?
As it's "kimi WO toitsumetemo", should'd he be asking her?
生まれたことすら時に 疑っても is "Although I sometimes even doubt the fact that I was born"

This song had a lot of causative/passive verb endings wich confused me, too.
I was never one for romanizing, so I am sorry. :)
I could see what you mean about the "恥ずかしくって泣いたんだ" part.
Now I see it as more like "Embarrassed" I cried out. Or something similar.
Thank you for pointing out my mistakes and pointing out changes to make the translation tighter.
I really appreciate it! : )
