Hello hello! Still on my nostalgia kick. I'm curious to find out roughly when other people entered the fandom, so I made a little poll

I can't remember exactly when I started watching Sailor Moon. It's like... always been one of those traits I've had for as long as I can remember, but I have a pretty shoddy memory to begin with. I said Feb. 1997 - June 2000, because I remember being all stoked that S was going to be dubbed, then being highly disappointed (I'd been spoiled by my VKLL Stars fansubs and downloading subtitled clips over my 56K AOL modem).
Either way, it was after we got Cartoon Network as a regular channel, because I remember one of the first things I regularly started watching on CN was Toonami to catch Sailor Moon, Dragonball Z, and Outlaw Star. Oh, how I miss the old days of Toonami, being proud of myself when I could stay up to watch the Midnight Run. I was never enough of a morning person to get up for the Rising Sun.
I think I've only seen the dubs of the first season and the movies -- I don't remember watching ANY dubbed R episodes, and the S and SuperS voices keep me from watching it in English. The movies weren't half bad, though.
I saw it when it first aired on Fox on Saturday. I was in 5th grade so it had to be in 1995. The first episode they showed was "The return of Sailor Moon" which actually was the first episode of Sailor Moon R and then it showed the first episode so it was confusing for a bit.^_^0
Ah, the old days. I would have to say August 1996 was the first time I actually saw an episode, & of course I was hooked. ^_^;; I had seen merchandise for it before that, & thought it was silly, but my first episode (Prediction of Doom if I remember correctly) sucked me in. I must admit, I was a bit late on the SOS craze, & for the longest time didn't get the pop tarts reference on the YKYWTMSMW lists.
I can't believe that I was 8 years old when I stared watching Sailormoon. I remember it clearly. 4th grade, laying on the living room floor, flipping the channels and landed on channel 51. Cartoonnetwork. And there was SM. The episode where Venus comes. ;)
