I've been plagued with insomnia since Sunday night. Sunday - no sleep at all with my regular evening meds, finally got out of bed around 6am and sent an e-mail to work telling them I wouldn't be in. Monday night, pre-emptively took a double dose of my night med and slept like a baby all night, work was great, very, very productive. Tuesday night,

I hope I cycle through it soon, too. Otherwise, I'm going to have to call my shrink and see if she can recommend anything. Still not sleeping well and that's even with doubling up on my regular dose. Ugh.

Thanks for the understanding! It always helps to know I'm not the only one and that other folks are coping with the same problems.
